Who we are

Your Epic Battle LLC operates yourepicbattle.com and related accounts, content tools, AI/cinematic battle video tools, virtual item systems, leaderboards, sharing features, moderation tools, payment flows, and support services.

Contact: Your Epic Battle LLC, Attn: Joseph Miller, 137 Collins Rd, Kelso, Washington 98626. Support and privacy requests: [email protected]. Safety, abuse, and takedown reports: [email protected].

Uploads, faces, and sensitive content

Your Epic Battle is built around user-submitted content and AI/cinematic battle videos. When you upload or submit a photo, face image, video, prompt, name, handle, caption, description, or other content, you provide that content so we can operate the Service.

Do not upload content you do not have the right to use. If content includes another adult's face, body, voice, name, likeness, image, or personal information, you represent that you have that person's permission to upload it and allow us and our service providers to process it as described in this Privacy Policy.

Do not upload government IDs, Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, health information, private intimate content, images of people in vulnerable situations, or other highly sensitive information unless a feature specifically asks for it and you understand the risks.

Information we collect

  • Account information, such as username, display name, email address, credential data, profile photo, avatar, account settings, communication preferences, and account status.
  • User content, such as uploaded photos, face images, videos, captions, prompts, battle descriptions, comments, reactions, reports, support requests, and other submitted content.
  • AI and generated-content information, such as generated battle videos, transformed images, scenes, loadout choices, prompt history, output history, moderation results, and generation metadata.
  • Virtual economy information, such as Fame, tokens, keys, chests, inventory, loadout items, achievements, rankings, leaderboard placement, battle history, votes, wins, losses, rewards, and virtual item transaction history.
  • Payment and purchase information, such as purchase amount, purchased package, billing contact details, transaction ID, payment status, refund status, chargeback status, fraud signals, and limited payment details from processors. We do not intend to store full card numbers.
  • Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, buttons clicked, session identifiers, cookie identifiers, approximate location inferred from IP address, access times, crash logs, performance logs, and security logs.
  • Support, safety, and moderation information, such as communications with us, report reasons, reported content, reporter and reported-user account information, attachments, investigation notes, enforcement actions, and abuse-prevention records.
  • Information from service providers and third parties, such as payment processors, login providers, fraud-prevention vendors, moderation vendors, AI infrastructure providers, social platforms if you connect or share through them, and other users who report or interact with your content.

Photos, likeness, and biometric-related data

Photos, face images, videos, voices, and likeness information may be personal information. In some jurisdictions, data derived from face images, face geometry, voice recordings, or physical characteristics may be considered biometric information, biometric identifiers, sensitive personal information, or sensitive data.

The Service is not designed to identify or verify a person's identity from face geometry. Uploaded images may be processed to generate requested AI outputs and for safety, moderation, abuse prevention, storage, support, and legal compliance.

We do not sell face data or biometric data. If we introduce features that use biometric identification, identity verification, persistent face templates, or similar processing, we will provide additional notice and obtain consent where required by law.

AI and service providers

Uploaded photos, faces, prompts, user content, and generated outputs may be sent to AI infrastructure providers, cloud providers, media-processing providers, storage providers, safety vendors, moderation vendors, and other service providers to generate outputs, render media, store content, detect abuse, provide support, maintain security, and operate the Service.

We require service providers to process information for permitted business purposes and to protect information according to their contracts with us.

Cookies and storage

We use first-party cookies and browser storage for login, authentication, session continuity, account security, fraud prevention, access gates, unlock status, preferences, and core functionality.

We do not currently use third-party analytics, advertising, or cross-context tracking cookies in the public app. If that changes, we will update this Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy before enabling those technologies.

Because we do not currently sell or share personal information or use targeted advertising, Global Privacy Control does not currently change tracking behavior. If that changes, we will honor legally required opt-out signals.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. They may collect and process payment card information, billing information, fraud-prevention information, and transaction details under their own policies and legal obligations.

We use limited payment-related information to complete purchases, deliver virtual tokens or items, maintain transaction records, prevent fraud, process refunds, resolve disputes, comply with tax and accounting obligations, and enforce our terms.

Public sharing

The Service may allow users to create, publish, share, rank, react to, and display AI-generated battle videos and other content. Depending on the feature and settings, your username, display name, avatar, uploaded content, generated content, Fame, rankings, leaderboard position, battle results, loadouts, comments, reactions, and other activity may be visible to other users or the public.

Public submissions, leaderboards, usernames, outputs, and shared battle content may be viewed, copied, screenshotted, downloaded, indexed, embedded, reposted, or reshared by others. Removing content from our active Service may not remove copies others have saved, shared, cached, indexed, or reposted.

No sale or targeted advertising

As of the Effective Date, we do not sell personal information, share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use targeted advertising as those terms are commonly used in U.S. state privacy laws.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of users under 16. If we introduce advertising, targeted advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, or practices that may be considered a sale or sharing under applicable privacy laws, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide legally required opt-out rights.

Sensitive information and health data

Some information you provide may be considered sensitive under certain laws, including account login credentials, precise geolocation if collected, face or likeness data, biometric-related data where applicable, support/report contents, and sensitive information included in uploaded content.

Your Epic Battle is not a healthcare provider and does not request consumer health data. Do not submit health-related information in prompts, images, uploads, or support requests. If you do, we process it only to provide the requested Service, safety, support, legal compliance, or deletion/request handling.

We do not sell consumer health data. If a feature collects information subject to Washington's My Health My Data Act or similar laws, we will provide any required additional notice and consent flow.

Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain your account, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and protect safety.

Uploaded content and generated content are generally retained while available through the Service unless deleted earlier or retained for legal, safety, backup, dispute, or enforcement reasons. Payment records may be retained for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, chargeback, compliance, and legal purposes.

Safety reports, moderation records, enforcement history, and abuse-prevention records may be retained for longer periods where needed to protect users, prevent repeat violations, comply with law, or defend legal claims. Backup copies may persist until overwritten or deleted in ordinary backup operations.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, which may include access controls, encryption in transit, monitoring, logging, vendor controls, and internal policies.

No method of transmission, storage, or processing is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that personal information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and choosing carefully what content you upload or make public.

Your choices and requests

You may update certain account information through account settings if available, remove certain content through product tools, choose whether to publish or share through available controls, opt out of non-essential marketing emails, control cookies through browser settings, and contact us to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or other privacy rights.

To submit a privacy request, contact [email protected] or mail Your Epic Battle LLC, Attn: Joseph Miller, 137 Collins Rd, Kelso, Washington 98626. We may need to verify your identity. We may deny or limit requests where permitted by law, including where we cannot verify the request, retention is required by law, information is needed for security or fraud prevention, or another exception applies.
