Payments and refunds

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when Battle Tokens and other digital purchases on Your Epic Battle are refundable, including the one case where a refund happens automatically. It supplements, and does not replace, the Payments and refunds section of our Terms of Service.

Effective: July 11, 2026 Your Epic Battle LLC
This page is the written refund policy referenced in our Terms of Service. Where it is silent, the Terms govern — see /terms.

Digital goods and Battle Tokens

Battle Tokens, keys, chests, loadout items, and other virtual items are digital goods. As stated in our Terms of Service, purchases are final and non-refundable — including virtual tokens, keys, chests, loadout items, digital content, generated videos, and boosts — unless required by law or expressly stated in a written refund policy. This page is that written refund policy for the one situation described below where we refund automatically.

Outside of that situation, virtual items have no cash value, are not legal tender, are not property, and may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, redeemed, withdrawn, wagered, or refunded except where required by law or expressly stated by us in writing.

Failed-render automatic refunds

Battle Tokens fuel a single cinematic battle render. If a battle render fails terminally — meaning it does not complete and will not be retried — the Battle Tokens spent on that render are automatically returned to your account balance.

This refund is automatic. You do not need to file a support ticket or request it. If a render fails and the Battle Tokens are not back in your balance, contact support so we can look into it.

Square payment disputes

Customer payments are processed by Square. As stated in our Terms of Service, chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud, abuse, or payment failures may result in suspension, termination, removal of virtual items, or other account action.

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact support first — most billing issues can be sorted out faster that way than through a bank or Square dispute. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute is handled under the Terms of Service provision above.

Contact support

Questions about a purchase, a failed render, or a charge can be sent to [email protected] or through the contact form at /contact.

For anything this page doesn't cover, the full Payments and refunds, Subscriptions if offered, and Virtual items and no prizes sections of our Terms of Service at /terms govern.
