Refunds & Battle Token Policy
YoureEpicBattle is an epic, funny, empowering parody battle-video experience. The payment rules are intentionally less chaotic: Battle Tokens fund generation after the roll, checkout must complete before tokens are added, and rewards wait until a video is generated.

Locked token math
Standard battles can run up to 6 rounds. A 7th round appears only when Sudden Death applies. No historical fixed generation total applies to the active product flow.

Checkout outcomes
A checkout success return means the purchase flow has come back through the success path, but the safest source of truth is still your token balance and receipt record. Do not assume tokens were added until the completed checkout result is recorded in the product.
A canceled checkout, closed payment window, failed payment, expired session, or abandoned flow should not add Battle Tokens. If you meant to finish, start a fresh checkout from the token packages page rather than relying on the canceled session.
Token spending
YoureEpicBattle uses Battle Tokens with a fixed purchase value of $1 = 100 Battle Tokens. Final spend depends on battle type, output quality, and the number of resolved rounds in the battle.
The battle resolves before token spend. Generation can happen later, so a resolved battle is not automatically a paid or generated video.
Failed generation
If generation fails after tokens are spent, the failed result should not award fame, rewards, battle bonuses, leaderboard impact, or similar progression. Those features apply only after generated status.
Expected handling is a token credit, retry path, or refund review based on the final recorded checkout, token debit, and generation status. Check the battle status and token balance before retrying so duplicate generation attempts do not create avoidable confusion.
Duplicate charges
If your payment statement appears to show a duplicate charge, compare the provider receipt, checkout return, and in-product token balance before starting another purchase.
When reporting a duplicate, include the approximate purchase time, selected token bundle, receipt details available from the payment provider, and your account context. Do not send card numbers, banking passwords, private keys, or unrelated personal data.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks, reversals, payment disputes, suspected fraud, or unpaid balances may lead to token holds, balance adjustments, checkout limits, or account review while records are reconciled.
If something looks wrong, use the product support or report flow when available before opening a chargeback. That gives support a chance to match your receipt, balance, and battle state before the payment dispute process adds more complexity.
Receipts and support
For refund, credit, balance, duplicate-charge, or failed-generation questions, check your token balance, battle status, checkout return page, and payment provider receipt first.
Use the support, report, or contact channel provided in the app when available. If no channel is visible, use the official contact path shown in your account area or site footer. This page does not publish a placeholder email address or fake support identity.
Before asking for a credit or refund
Live payment processing is deferred unless the product clearly states otherwise. Current purchase and balance flows may operate in safe preview modes, so this policy describes expectations without claiming live payment status.
Confirm whether checkout completed or was canceled.
Check whether Battle Tokens were added to your balance.
Check whether the battle is only resolved, currently generating, failed, or generated.
Keep the payment provider receipt for purchase verification.
Avoid retrying checkout or generation repeatedly while a balance or status is still updating.
